Seasonal Closures

Over the Christmas period the store will be open as usual although Closed Christmas Day and New Years Day. Reduced hours Dec 26 -28

Website - Wholesalers over this period start to close from Dec 19 - Jan 4 or some even later so we will still endevour to dispatch all items as normal unless we have to order stock in. In that case we will dispatch your order as soon as items arrive in. Australia post is closed 27/28 December, 31 December and 3 Jan. So we can only really dispatch Dec 29/30.

Payment Options

There are various payment options available at the Online Shop such as Credit Card, Cheque, Money Order or Direct Deposit . Select the suitable to you in the "Payment Method" area while at the check out. For example if you wish to pay by Cheque, select this option at the payment option.   

How do we pay by cheque, money order?
Please send cheque made payable to Pet Supersavers along with your name and the order number to 1 russell st Kallangur

For Direct Deposits - our banking details are displayed on the last payment screen.

Shipping -

is calculated by weight and postcode - we have tried to keep prices keen - and we help subsize heavier shipping.

Shipping is calculated by sendle and sent the cheapest method to get to you. NOT all items are kept in stock - items that have to be ordered in - turn around  may take a little longer. For pics of our store to indicate what we have in stock pls check - the photo link on the store page or please ring us.

Please note - We use Sendle for smaller parcels. For your security Sendle is our system where we can track the parcel which requires a signature on delivery. Please ensure a delivery address where someone is at home or at work who able to sign for it or curier will leave a card and you will have to pick it up from the post office. (unless you instruct us otherwise) Fastway couriers/toll  will deliver larger parcels (food etc) Delivery usually will be within 7 working days*.

** Please note some fashion items/beds/human watches and special order items may take around 2 weeks for delivery **

Please check all parcels at time of delivery - please report any problems with in 24hrs of delivery via phone or email.

please note - We can't guarantee couriers will leave a calling card if someone isn't home - if parcel is usually late - pls contact your local post office.

If parcels aren't claimed within  a reasonable amount of time Aust Post will redirect your parcel back to us. Australia Post won't guarantee its safety if left for long periods of time at the post office. We will contact you if this happens - we will not subsidize post to be resent out.

Delivery of parcels - If your any part of your parcel arrives damaged - pls request off Australia Post a compensation form to claim the product - as we do not deliver the product we can not offer compensation (even take it down to the post office if needed with the packaging)

International shipping - $20 covers up to 1kg - over 1kg we will contact you with a quote. Peak periods can take a few weeks to get to you - around christmas can take 6 weeks. Some customs require paperwork to go with article - if we need your help with your customs we will contact you.

Loyalty cards

Customer must follow rules on loyalty cards as defined by manufacturers and all bags must be purchased from Pet Supersavers. Pet Supersavers will keep loyalty cards and reciepts on file. When customer reaches free bag only shipping requires payment.


We run specials on the website and through the store - both the store and the website will have independant specials and the shop may have different specials to the website and vice versa. Specials run for a limited time and while stocks last. No rainchecks are available on specials. Website specials are website only and can not be picked up in the store and shop specials are not valid on the website.


Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong choice. You can choose between exchange or credit - where goods wrong size. Please notify us if your order is incorrect with in 24hrs of receiving. If an incorrect item is sent – Pet Supersavers will cover costs of return and resend – but in the case of making a wrong selection – pls contact us for a ra number and post items back to us with atwo way bag or satchel for return. All items that are being returned will need a RA (Return Authorisation) number. Postage is not credited. We do no accept COD - please purchase a two way bag from Australia Post and post back to us with RGA details.

To arrange for the return of any item please contact us to arrange a RA Number and to obtain the return shipping address. No responsibility will be taken for goods returned without an RA number, and delays will be experienced All goods returned to Pet Supersavers will be inspected upon their return and in the case of faulty products, we will exchange it for a new one. All return instructions must followed to ensure a speedy follow up.

All goods returned to Pet Supersavers will be inspected upon their return and in the case of faulty products, a replacement product will be sent back to the customer at the expense of Pet Supersavers. But we will always ask the wholesaler to cover postage from customer to them- but we can't guarantee customers being compensated for it. If a item is returned as a incorrect size - only products sent back unworn with original packaging and in resalable condition will be exchanged. We can not exchange items that are damaged or been worn.

Special orders - we are happy to source new products . Special orders are considered items that aren't kept instore and have to be ordered in. Special orders are usually ordered in weekly (start of the week) Special orders that aren't kept instore are non returnable.

Please note - cd, dvds and videos are a non returnable item.

Typing Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price/size due to a typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Pet Supersavers shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Pet Supersavers shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If in doubt of a size or colour of any product - please call before placing the order to confirm details. Some items come in multiple colours and are sent to us randomly

Use of this web site and the sale of products are governed by the laws of Queensland and Australia. By using this website or purchasing products Pet Supersavers you submit to the laws of Queensland and Australia and agree that any dispute will be determined in accordance with and by the courts of Queensland and Australia. Your use of this website and the purchase of products are governed by these terms of service and our terms and conditions we accept no liability for the contents of this website or any of the products sold. Our liability for any product which is defective or causes loss or damage of any kind is limited to the cost of the product or the provision of a replacement. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of this website and the purchase of any products from us complies with the law where you are. We make no representation or warranty in this regard. All local taxes, customs duties and other government fees and charges imposed on any products you purchase or on your purchase is your responsibility. Prices are subject to change without notice.

 Please note: It is possible that any animal may experience an adverse reaction to a particular product. Pet Supersavers recommends that you consult a veterinary surgeon before using products purchased from this company. Note: not all products have had their claims tested or are registered in all countries, the claims or product registrations relate to the country of origin only. These products are Australian, they are sold within Australia and are subject to Australian law. Some packaging and labelling may differ from that in other countries. Pet Supersavers recommends you check with local authorities if you are unsure about any product.

 If a parcel is lost in International mail a search has to be conducted by the international postal services - before the International postal service considers compensation. We recommend insurance for international parcels as we can't compensate for parcels lost in international mail and not insured.
